Mumbai, June 20, 2020: The Kahaani Ghar Ghar ki Fame, Gautam Chaturvedi, the man who dons many hats from an Entrepreneur to an Actor has bagged a prestigious Award of Merit for his short film Work From Home. Starring Mouli Ganguly, Ridhiema Tiwari, Neelu Kohli and Gautam Chaturvedi himself, Work From Home was written and produced during the lockdown in the country owing to the Global Pandemic. A one of its kind production, showcasing how this sudden Lockdown has thrown many a lives off balance financially, emotionally and psychologically was written, shot and packaged keeping the staying at home protocol in check at all times. The movie deals with the intricacies of the life of a couple who have 2 kids and are married for over a decade, but soon enough, the cracks in their relationship show up and then life takes a sudden turn. Work From Home is one of the only two films from the country to win this celebrated awards that’s been honoring filmmakers and artists for their exceptional work for a decade now. The film is the only Indian short film to presented with the Award of Merit title. Based out of California, Best Shorts will not be holding a physical ceremony and will courier trophies to the winner keeping the sensitivity of the pandemic in mind. Beginning with traditional starting point Peshkar, Pran gradually unfolded alap-like elaboration, crisp kaidas with rhythmic variations, complex parans, gat, rela, tihais — almost all the different idioms of Tabla playing within the frame of the 16-beat cycle of the tala with tricky numerical permutations and combinations. मुंबई : फ़िल्म अभिनेता सुशांत सिंह राजपूत ने आज अपने घर में फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली। उनके घर के नौकर ने यह जानकारी पुलिस को दी। मुम्बई में बांद्रा के अपने फ्लैट में वे फांसी से लटके हुए मिले। परिवारिक मित्रों के अनुसार वे कुछ दिनों से अवसादग्रस्त (डिप्रेशन) थे। सुशांत का जन्म 21 जनवरी 1986 को पटना बिहार में हुआ था। सर्वप्रथम वे टीवी धारावाहिक ‘किस देश में है मेरा दिल’ से अपने अभिनय करिअर की शुरुआत की थी। लेकिन प्रसिद्धि एकता कपूर के धारावाहिक ‘पवित्र रिश्ता’ से मिली। इसके बाद उन्होंने फ़िल्म ‘काई पो छे’ से रुपहले पर्दे पर कदम रखा। क्रिकेटर महेंद्र सिंह धोनी की बायोपिक ‘एम एस धोनी अनटोल्ड स्टोरी’ की जबरदस्त सफलता के बाद उनका फिल्मी ग्राफ बढ़ गया। केदारनाथ, राब्ता, शुद्ध देसी रोमांस, छिछोरे, सोन चिरैया, ब्योमकेश बक्शी और पीके जैसी फिल्मों से अपने अभिनय का लोहा मनवाया। मरने से पहले उन्होंने इंस्टाग्राम पर अंतिम और भावुक पोस्ट अपनी मम्मी को लिखा था। बॉलीवुड के लिए यह एक बड़ा झटका है। कुछ समय पहले सुशांत की मैनेजर दिशा ने भी आत्महत्या कर ली थी जो अचरज भरा था। अब सुशांत की आत्महत्या की खबर संदेह का माहौल पैदा कर रही है। क्या अज्ञात कारण है कि सुशांत ने यह कदम उठाया। फिलहाल पुलिस इसकी छानबीन में लग गई है। सुशांत का फिल्मी करियर अपनी उछाल पर था। आर्थिक रूप से भी वे सम्पन्न थे। हाँ वर्तमान समय में कारोना के कारण सभी की जिंदगी रुक गयी है, परंतु यह अंत तो नहीं। कारोना काल हटते ही जिंदगी की दौड़ प्रारंभ हो जाएगी। सुशांत के मौत की खबर सुनते ही सुपरस्टार अक्षय कुमार ने ट्वीटर अकॉउंट पर लिखा है कि उनके मृत्यु से निशब्द हूँ। उनकी हालिया हिट फिल्म ‘छिछोरे’ देखकर मैंने इस फ़िल्म के निर्माता मित्र साजिद नाडियाडवाला को फोन कर फ़िल्म का हिस्सा बनने की बात कही थी। वह प्रतिभावान अभिनेता थे। ईश्वर उनके परिवार को दुख सहने की शक्ति प्रदान करे। Courtsey – Bindas Bol(Santosh...
