Mumbai, July 24, 2025: In a powerful blend of empathy and entertainment, Multiverse Entertainment, founded by Mrs. Nidarshana Gowani, hosted a special screening of the film Tanvi The Great for underprivileged and autistic children at PVR Versova, Andheri. The event marked a full house, with children laughing, cheering, and immersing themselves in a story that resonated with hope, courage, and representation. This initiative — the second such screening by Multiverse Entertainment — reinforces the platform’s mission to use cinema as a tool for social impact. Mrs. Gowani, who also serves as the trustee of the Kamla Ankibai Ghamandiram Gowani Trust, shared her deep sense of fulfilment: “Multiverse was born to entertain with purpose. If we can offer children — especially those who are often excluded — a moment of joy, a sense of belonging, and the magic of the big screen, then we are truly rising by lifting others.” The event was graced by veteran actor and director Anupam Kher, who plays a pivotal role in the film. Addressing the audience, he revealed a deeply personal connection: “This story is inspired by my niece, who is on the autism spectrum. Her strength moved me to create Tanvi The Great. Today wasn’t just a screening — it was a celebration of uniqueness, courage, and visibility.” He expressed heartfelt appreciation for the children’s reactions, calling it “one of the most rewarding moments” of his journey as an artist. Joining him were actress Shubhangi Dutt and writer Abhishek Dixit, who also engaged with the children, making the experience even more memorable.
