“Gali Mohalla Cricket League (Gmcl) Revolutionizes Grassroots Cricket With 500 Teams, 5500 Players, 5000 Matches & Inr 10 Per Match, Valued At Inr 45,000 Crore; Gmcl & Maharashtra Police Collaborate For Nasha Mukti Drive” Mumbai, June 14: The Gali Mohalla Cricket League (GMCL) today unveiled its ambitious plans to revolutionize grassroots cricket in Mumbai, signing a historic alliance with the Maharashtra Police to combat drug addiction through sports. Addressing the press conference at the Country Club in Andheri, Baba Inder Preet Singh, Spiritual Head of the Satkarmic Mission, emphasized the need to empower youth for nation development. “GMCL is a movement for change, focused on de-addiction and guiding directionless youth to work at grassroots,” he said.
